Checked with the official time-stamp of our webcam the „new” STENA GERMANICA passed the Ostuferhafen on the way to her new berth at the Schwedenkai in the city port of Kiel.
An event that stimulates the Hinterland connections of the BTKI and that opens even new possibilities for our customers, too.

Sailing tour of the Kiel maritime business representitives |

A nice picture as well as a quite good signal to the customers of the Kiel port: many participants of the maritime business of Kiel joined their first sailing tour.
This sailing cruise with different boats led the participants in conjoint tour from Kiel to Eckernförde, where the grill room of the local yacht club was still prepared.

Being connected well by regular block-trains with Duisburg since January
2009 there is just in this month of August the first anniversary of the
launch of the "full program" with the first train to Liège in Belgium.
Together with all of the partners BTKI is looking back to a successful
year of reliable, fast and cheap direct traffic to the hinterland.
